Order Processing

All orders require approximately 3–4 business days for processing before shipment. During this period, your order is confirmed, prepared, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery typically takes:

6–8 business days

These estimated shipping times apply to all countries we currently ship to. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 9–12 business days from the date your order is placed to receive your package under normal circumstances:

3–4 business days processing + 6–8 business days shipping

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delays

Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
